Try an authentic Italian twist on your gin favorites.
Solaro Sun & Tonic
Simplicity at its best:
1 part Solaro Gin
3 parts Club Soda or Tonic
Solaro is delicate and aromatic, try plain club/sparkling water with only a dash of tonic to get the most out of Solaro’s delicate essence
Ice: Clear ice whenever possible, and as much as you desire
Garnish: Thin slice of sweet orange zest
We recommend using orange peel to compliment the aromatic and delicate nature of Solaro. Lemon will tend to be a touch too acidic.
Classic Gin Martini
Chill your martini glass by filling with ice and waiting until glass is cold to the touch. Then:
• Swirl a splash of dry vermouth into the glass.
• Pour out ice and vermouth into sink
• Add 2 parts ice-cold Solaro per glass
Alternatively: Try with ice-cold Solaro neat, without the vermouth
Garnish: Try a nice sweet Orange peel for a sweeter delicate finish but an Amalfi or Meyer lemon will do nicely as well.
CAPRI NEGRONI
• 1 part Solaro Gin
• 1 part Campari
• 1 part sweet vermouth
As much clear ice as you prefer
garnish: thin orange slice
